We securely and reliably deliver the highest possible quality video to any smartphone, tablet, PC or connected TV. If you can’t view your movie please try the following:

  1. Do not go to your course from a saved page please type in the URL www.liveconferences.com and enter your user ID/Password after that you can then view your course. Trying to view from a saved page or a page that has expired will often cause difficulty.
  2. Close any other programs that might be running at the same time.
  3. Check that you are connected to the internet.
  4. Reboot your machine


 

QUICK SOLUTIONS

Problem:
If you receive the following messages: "The operation timed out” or “Could not connect to server."
Solution:
You may not have internet connection or you could be behind a Firewall. Disable the firewall or contact your Network Administrator or ISP.

Problem:
The video keeps "buffering". This means you are on a slow connection or your network is experiencing heavy congestion.
Solution:
Try viewing the video again at a later time as this should pass quickly. If you are on DSL or any phone line service your internet connection will buffer due to nature of the lower speed in these services
